Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

You are buying an advertising placement on a public leaderboard: your link, headline and pitch, shown at a position determined by what you paid.

You are not buying a fixed position, a period of time, a number of clicks, or any amount of traffic. Anyone can pay more than you at any moment and take your place. That is the whole design of the board, not a fault in it.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption.

2. Who sells it to you

Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the sale. They appear on your statement, issue your receipt, and account for any tax due.

Your card details go to them and never reach waveup.lol. We receive only the amount paid and the email address you gave at checkout.

3. Payments are final

A claim is not refunded because someone outbid you, because your rank fell, or because you received fewer clicks than you hoped for. These are the ordinary outcomes of a live auction and you accept them when you pay.

A claim is not refunded if your listing is removed for breaking the rules on this site.

We do refund in one case: if your payment succeeds but we fail to put your listing on the board. Write to us and we will return the full amount.

Refunds, where they apply, are issued through Dodo Payments as the seller of record.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of writing to us, the listing is removed from the board while the dispute runs, and we may decline further claims from you.

Write to tecwaveup@gmail.com first. A genuine mistake is far quicker to fix directly.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the link, headline and description you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish them.

You may not list scams or deceptive schemes, illegal goods or services, adult content, malware or other harmful products, or impersonate a brand or person that is not yours.

Anything on that list is removed without warning and without a refund. We may also remove a listing where we reasonably believe it puts the site, its visitors or its payment provider at risk.

6. Clicks and statistics

Clicks are counted once per visitor per hour. Repeat clicks from the same visitor are not added, so the public number reflects distinct interest rather than raw requests.

Sending artificial clicks — bots, scripts, paid click farms — to any listing, your own included, gets that listing removed without a refund.

Click and visitor numbers are given in good faith. They are our own measurement and are not audited.

7. Accounts

An account is optional. It lets you edit your listing and keeps your claims in one place.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

8. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic, lost data, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may change. The date at the foot of this page tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
