Rules
One public leaderboard. The rules are short and the same for everyone.
1. Every rank is for sale
Pay more than the listing above you and you take its rank. Anyone can outbid you at any moment — including a minute after you paid.
One URL means one listing. A new bid on the same URL tops it up instead of creating a duplicate, so you cannot fill the board with copies of yourself.
The minimum claim is $5.
2. What you cannot list
No scams or deceptive schemes. No illegal goods or services. No adult content. No malware or anything else built to harm the person who clicks it.
Do not pass yourself off as a brand or person that is not yours.
Listings like these are removed without warning, and the payment is not refunded. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask before you pay.
3. What you are paying for
You are buying an advertising placement, at a price you choose, for as long as nobody outbids you.
You are not buying a guaranteed position, a guaranteed number of clicks, or a period of time. There is no element of chance and there are no prizes — you get exactly the rank your money buys, until someone pays more.
4. Clicks and stats
Every click is counted publicly and shown on the Stats page.
The same visitor counts once per hour, so the number reflects distinct people rather than repeated clicking. Your own clicking will not move it.
Sending artificial clicks to any listing — bots, scripts, click farms — gets that listing removed without a refund. This applies to clicking your own listing up and to clicking a rival down.
5. Emails
If you claim a rank we email you when your position changes, so you know when you have been outbid. It goes to the address you used at checkout.
Every one of those emails has a link that stops them. Your listing keeps its rank either way.
6. Getting in touch
Something wrong with your listing, a payment, or a listing that breaks these rules? Write to tecwaveup@gmail.com and we will look at it.
